Enjoy the 70 inch television in the newly finished walk-out lower level! It has a beautiful view of the golf course, with a large deck to view wildlife. It is Located within a mile of the clubhouse and Innsbrook's beautiful Aspen Center. This home features a large deck and a walk-out basement that offers a second kitchen, second living room, the 4th bedroom, and a possible 5th bedroom. The Lower level also has a brand new kitchen/breakfast bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or a holiday feast! This home offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. This is a great home to host a golf outing with friends or family or just get together for a nice relaxing weekend! Innsbrook amenities are included when you rent this home.
