The room seemed like it had seen better days. There were were a few dirty spots by the door and the carpet in the hallways really needed vacuuming. It would have been nice to have USB ports in the room for charging. There was a giant rip in the upholstery in the dining room area.

The positive side is this hotel is near highway so easy to locate. There is a good Mexican restaurant right beside. Breakfast okay. However this hotel is on bad shape. There was no water on the water fountain. Pillows were smaller. In bathroom there were less towels. Tissue paper box was empty. There was no bath soap as this hotel ran out of it. The house keeper cleaners don’t speak English and no idea what we were asking. The carpets need new ones. This Hampton needs serious upgrade

My first two rooms were unacceptable, first because of noise caused by a large fan that was drying out the floor on the fourth floor. That area was also a mess. The attendant claimed she was unaware of the fan or that situation. The third room was OK. This seemed way below the standard of the many Hampton Inn's I've stayed at.

We were very disappointed in the "thin"-ness of the walls and door between adjoining rooms, as we were awakened several times due by the other guests with frequently slamming doors and just slightly loud conversation (walls so thin it seemed like they were in the room with us.

This was a quick stop on a roadtrip from TN to DC. This hotel is in a undeveloped/truck stop exit/area so it’s not super busy and loud, but it’s also not as clean and unkept as other main market Hampton Inns. The room and bathroom in our hotel were clean with the exception of some small stains on “clean” shower towels. Breakfast was okay.. not as many options to select from but it suffices for a free breakfast. I give the stay a 3/5 because it does the job for what it’s intended to do, but it’s not a place you stay for more than 1 night passing through.
