Great location, parking lot in hotel, quiet and safe. The only thing that ruined our stay were the huge cockroaches in the room. Every day we were killing at least 4. Beware!!

Mi estadia en Xalapa

Me llamó la atención que los empleados eran poco amables. Solo como ejemplo: pregunté donde se podia cambiar dolares a pesos y no sabian. Sin embargo cambie en Elektra a 50 m del hotel. Pregunté donde habia una lavanderia y me indicaron que no sabian. Me parece que esas cosas basicas el hotel deberia tener para informar a los visitantes.

Nos tocó una habitación en planta baja que no fue de nuestro total agrado porque se escuchaba mucho ruido por fuera en el pasillo, además de que se sentía muy fría por lo mismo que la ventana daba a una pared y terminaba haciendo sentir húmeda la habitación, una luminaria no encendía y algunos muebles se ven desgastados por el tiempo, también la regadera lanzaba el agua muy raro, antes nos gustaba mucho pero tiene detalles por los cuales tal vez busquemos otras opciones
