Great location and perfect for those travelling to Xi’an the first time. It was close to the Muslim Quarter and in great distance within a metro station. There is plenty of places to look near the hotel. The staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely go back on my next visit

The hotel is centrally located. It has all the amenities and class that you would expect from a Sheraton property. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Breakfast is excellent! And you can’t beat the location!

Property is in a good location, though they have no luggage room and therefore keep your bags in an open foyer which is not secure at all as it’s in a public area.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay great. Especially Jennifer Zhang and Mandy Wang. The way they helped me I assumed they were managers. But, found out they are not, but they sure should be.

아침식사가 아주 훌륭합니다. 위치도 최고로 좋고, 방도 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 세탁실도 이용할 수 있는점은 더 좋았구요. 직원들이 영어 소통이 안 되는 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

部屋はモダンなデザインでシャワールームも扉があり、快適でした。スタッフさんも皆、感じ良かったのですが、何故かチェックアウトで手間取り？ レシートを頂くのに時間がかかり、新幹線の時間が気になってしまいました。
