Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit with a hydromassage showerhead, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

The place was absolutely beautiful loved the scenery room, drinks and restaurants. Only wish there were more things to do at night with activities that were fun and didn’t end so early as well. Also transportation would take a while cause it definitely was not walking distance in the heat but luckily there was a transportation to go to the other resorts. Also to do water activites if you didn’t get to the place early, most likely you wouldn’t have a chance to do any of the activites cause it would get booked quickly since there are so many resorts and one place to book it all.

The service and staff gave poor effort and keeping the rooms clean. My breakfast stayed in my room a whole day and I called for cleaning and service multiple times. They tried to add on room service by giving me false information. The area was great , and other staff was friendly .

Stylish, spacious rooms (e.g., Junior Suite Ocean Front with hot tub) and well-appointed amenities, Home to what’s often hailed as the largest infinity pool in Riviera Maya, complete with swim-up bars and vibrant atmosphere, Dining appears more flexible here: unlike other properties, there are no a-la-carte restrictions for adults-only guest, highly recommended!!

I wasn’t convinced by the buffets here. Food was mostly cold, and flavorless. I did enjoy the views, but wasn’t a fan of their service. Most employees are not attentive to you, you must have to wave them down. The big pool there with the swim up bar has green algae

I’ve stayed at several Barceló resorts, but the Barceló Riviera Adults Only in Riviera Maya just raised the bar again. From the killer customer service to the endless buffet, top-notch restaurants, gorgeous beach, massive pool, strong drinks, nonstop entertainment, and activities for every mood...it was perfection from start to finish. Barceló just doesn’t miss. Highly recommend. 👌
