The house is beautifully decorated and has great vibes. All the appliances worked and check-in/checkout was easy. Location was good. It was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place with a View!

Hello, our stay was great! The home was clean & welcoming. Weather was great when we arrived-last day rained & made a cozy fire. Quiet neighborhood too. Just a few notes - have never stayed at a VRBO where you had to wash towels & put in dryer. I get it’s easy - but we did pay a housekeeping fee. Plus, old flowers with nasty water on table- tossed out. Also, how much effort is there to provide a box of tissues & a spare garbage kitchen bag? Use your booking fee to at least provide these to your guests.

Great location and communication with property management. View was beautiful. Definitely can use a really good cleaning and we ended up using our own blankets because two of the comforters were dirty. The yard for our dog did the trick but it is small, she didn’t stay in the yard long.

Good Location

The house had a great location. My husband and I enjoyed being in between Florence and Newport. The house is a little aged but still nice. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but it was a comfortable place to come back to after our adventures. The only thing I would change is the furniture in the living room, maybe a sectional would work better. Also a foam topper for the mattress or upgrade to a bigger bed in the master bedroom would be nice. Other than that it was great.

We stayed here from Sept. 10 to Sept. 24 and home was as described, clean and well stocked, close to all amenities and ocean view. Only issue was a few tight fitting interior doors that we could not close, management was informed so hopefully it has been fixed. We had a great stay and would recommend this home.

Week Away

The house is a comfortable size and in a good location with ocean view, however the property inside and out needs a thorough deep cleaning. Bathroom floors were not moped and the rugs were not laundered. The bed linens might have been cleaned, but there was a stain on the master bedsheet (yuk). Also the rug in the master bedroom is a tripping hazard as it bulks up! Lots of dirt under the rugs in living and dining area and garbage under master bed. Towels were placed in odd spots, including under the sink with cleaning supplies and not all folded, so we washed all of them before use, as we could not trust they were clean. Items in closets were not neatly stored and extra blankets were waded up on the floor. There was open food left in kitchen cupboards from previous occupants and we had to spend time cleaning various drawers and some of the refer before use. I read previous reviews, most saying home was very clean, but since we did not have that experience I am hoping this review will give the owners some insight and the house will be thoroughly cleaned for future occupants, and maybe someone needs to inspect it to be sure it is ready to rent. Beside all this, we had a wonderful time with family and the weather was perfect!

Great stay

Great little house. It had everything we needed and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants . House was clean although could use an update on linens. Furniture was comfortable and view as great. Perfect home for a small family. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!

This home is wonderful!

Stayed for four nights with my elderly mother and my small dog. Perfect location with view of the ocean (you can hear the waves all night if you crack a window, so dreamy!). Sit on the deck and watch the sun set over the ocean. Great location; Yachats is a cute little town with everything you need. This house was very clean and comfortable. Met several neighbors while walking the pup and they were all super-nice! The next door neighbor lady is not nice but luckily I met her as we were packing up to leave, I suggest you just ignore her. This house is so worth it and I can't wait to come back again for another stay. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, i will be staying there again. Started my day out on the deck with a sunrise and ended my day in the same place with a sunset. Beautiful views, wonderful location, I could keep going on and on about all the positive. The only negative thing i have to say is in not the owner lol.

Lovely place to stay

This is a really sweet, tasteful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is obviously a family vacation home, and it is filled with genuine touches of décor, and many books, stuffed animals, etc. Very, very cozy. My only complaint is that the communication prior to check-in was really minimal. I called and emailed the property manager and got no real response until right before check-in. They sent me the check-in instructions and information the morning of our first day. It all worked out, but I would have appreciated a little communication or confirmation regarding check-in info ahead of that day. Especially since this is a house that includes a list of things you should bring, such as back-up paper products, soaps, firewood, paper for fire-starting, etc. It would have been good to know that earlier for planning. In the end, it was a fantastic stay.

Cozy with some quirks

We liked the layout, the home has great views of the ocean, and it was comfortable. Kitchen isn’t the best stocked (could definitely use some baking sheets and a coffee grinder!) but had most of what we needed. House shows some sign of wear and tear but is cozy and functional. Our toddler especially loved the darling stuffed animals in her room!

Nice house great view

The house is very nice and clean it seems newly renovated. The view from the porch over the ocean is unbeatable. Only complaint is parking just horrendous if you have more than one vehicle. Most definitely would recommend

Nice but needs TLC

We had to call VRBO 2x to get the check in information from the property manager. VRBO helped us out. Some suggestions for the property: outside table and chairs were filthy, clock in kitchen needs batteries, provide some soap for the showers, windows and sills were nasty dirty.

Nice quiet neighborhood, with a great view! Could use some new pillows, they were pretty flat.. otherwise it was very comfortable with everything we needed for cooking in!

Just as listed

Everything was as they listed. We had a problem figuring out the tv system but finally figured it out. You might put out info on that for people like me who don't have a tv at home. Need a better baking sheet. Very clean and view was great.
