Great place and location to play and stay in Yachats. The vacation home had everything we need to feel right at home. The place was very and clean the kitchen was equipped to make meals.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was centrally located for the plans we had, a short walk to the beach plus an ocean view out the front. The bath is a little hard for us to get in and out of but we're older with mobility issues. Clean and comfortable.

Second, this was a wonderful vacation rental, just a few feet from one of the best beaches on the Oregon Coast. It had everything you need in a vacation home and then some. We really enjoyed using the provided grill for a back yard bbq and even had a fire in the fire pit and made smores. I will definitely look into this house again the next time I need a rental.

Disappointed with dishwasher and presence of ants

We were happy with the property manager and appreciate the follow up. To close the dishwasher door it was necessary to forcefully slam it closed. A well working dishwasher is something I expected. This one needs to be fixed or replaced. The location of the property is great and, overall, it's a nice property. The other problem we ran into was the presence of ants. We notified the property manager and more ant traps were delivered but it wasn't something I anticipated having to deal with. Not sure if this is normal for this area.

Nice stay

It was overall a nice and very comfortable place. The pictures are accurate and its a bit of a older property. Its right next to the road and there is road noise if you have the windows open. We really liked the close and easy access to the beach. We had slow to no response from the property manager despite multiple emails and texts. Instructions for check-in were good once they arrived, but it was received only a couple of days before arrival. I liked that they didn't autobill my card for the second half of the payment. Beautiful view of the sunsets during our stay which was a real highlight.

Nice location and view(once the windows were washed).

We enjoyed our stay here very much. One of the main reasons for choosing this location was for the view of the ocean and I’m sure we’re not the only ones looking for a view when they go to the coast. However the windows and the glass walls around the deck were so incredibly dirty that I literally washed the windows in the living room myself. There was also a broken leg on the loveseat that had obviously been put back in place but not fixed. Overall the home had been surfaced cleaned and it wasn’t bad, just needs a good deep cleaning. I.e. dust behind lamp on table and around stereo, coasters have ages of rings from previous use, etc. Like I said we did have a very nice stay here, just a little disappointed about the upkeep.

Just what we needed. Very close to the beach but a bit of a stretch to town (a beautiful walk!). Our only complaints are that the management wasn’t very communicative and they never did respond to our email about the wet towel that was left on a bed (yuck!) and keys that were left behind. The property was fairly clean but it was obvious that some corners had been cut like with washing the duvets. Generally positive with some slight inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. A short walk to the beach, a short drive to Yachats. Ocean is visible from the upper level/upper deck of the home. Everything we could imagine needing (pizza pan, stock pot, hot dog roasting sticks, extra blankets, board game ...) was found in a cupboard or closet somewhere. Lots of towells - my only improvement to the home would be a few more towel racks or hooks to hang them on to dry. Appliances worked great and everything was relatively new/in good shape. Lots of DVDs, games and books if you encounter a rainy day. The road noise could be heard from the back yard, but if you opened the windows toward the ocean, all you heard was ocean.

The house was spacious and had everything we could possibly want or need, including many books, DVDs, games and toys for families. The location was wonderful and just down the road from the center of Yachats which we enjoyed so much. The short walk to the ocean was only a few steps from the house. Every morning and evening we watched the ocean from the big window in the living room. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
