Excellent Villa

Spacious villa with everything we needed for our stay. Location was very peaceful and quiet. Communal pool was ideal and the allocated sunbeds was a bonus. The closeness of 2 shops made it so much easier for us especially with the range of foods available between both.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Hannah …and hope to return ! Jayne provided a very warm welcome big thanks to her. Warm water tap down stairs in kitchen had very little pressure and took a time to get going but only a small gripe .

The complex was lovey and very quiet, short walk to the marina, and grocery shop nearby, the rear patio was private and sunny in the afternoon. The internet was good. maybe leave some hand wash in both bathrooms and detergent for washing clothes and additional toilet rolls would be useful

Perfect……….

Lovely clean villa, a lovely welcome pack waiting for us and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location with Marina and shops within a short walk, great outside space, friendly residents who made us feel welcome, we will definitely be back. We cannot think of anything, we asked if a bulb could be changed in the outside light so it was easier to see to get keys and open door, it was done without fuss and within a couple of hours, top marks from us.

Beautiful villa

We had lovely time. Very well equipped. Very peaceful location. It should be stated that Papagayo beaches can only be reached by foot by hiking over the hills. We enjoyed the hike but I expect others it might not suit We weren’t advised that there was a lock box to gain entrance to complex. We arrived late and had to agency to find out how to get in. It was pretty stressful. It was difficult to see numbers in dark and without torch on phone it would be very difficult.

Home in the sun

Very well maintained villa in a small, friendly complex. Welcome pack waiting for us and villa well equipped for a comfortable stay. Even a tablet plugged in giving emergency contact numbers, local information and daily weather forecast. Pool was a good size and kept very clean, daily pool cleaning, and although not heated we enjoyed many swims. Thank you to the team for excellent service, from booking, arrival and meeting our needs. Happy to recommend Casa Hannah. The kitchen tap could be better, not much pressure which meant it took some time to run hot. However water pressure and hot water good in bathrooms.

A good stay in a great location

We liked the location of the Villa and its suroundings , The pool area was immaculate and the gardens well kept, The interior of the Villa is dated and it really needs refurbished, though it was comfortable. The BBQ area needs a thorough clean as we had to sweep and clean it before we could use it and there are no BBQ implements and no oven glove a real Health and Safety issue which is a shame as the area is quiet and secluded. We've rated Service as bad becuse registering our details at the start of the Booking process was a nightmare - dealing with 3 or 4 different entities and totally confusing and very irritating. The downstairs curtains are virtually see-through and don't fully close.

Schöne, ruhige Anlage

Auch wenn schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es funktioniert alles und Geräte sind teils erneuert. Einzig die Reinigung des Hauses schien uns in den 3 Wochen etwas oberflächlich. Umgebung und Pool sind gut gepflegt und reglementiert. Haben die guten Klimageräte geschätzt. Wir genossen die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr.

Lovely location in a very nice setting. Good space for 2. Not so sure about larger numbers in the lounge and kitchen but good bedroom space and the outside communal areas are lovely. Easy walk along the cliffs to Rubicon Marina which is fabulous.

Perfect location, spacious, well equipped villa

Location, location, location, this is the perfect location, right on the beautiful seafront promenade, short walk to the Marina with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars. From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dorada beach and on to the centre of Playa Blanca. On the other direction from the villa you can take a beautiful walk to the sensational world famous Papagayo beach (a must visit) The villa is clean and exceptionally well equipped including an office desk and excellent WiFi for remote working, a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent selection on TV channels (including Sky Sports, BT Sport, Movies etc.) and an amazing built in BBQ out the back We really enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa

We’ve been holidaying in Playa Blance for many years but this was a first time at Marina Rubicon end. The villa is lovely and clean, fully equipped kitchen, soap and toilet rolls in both bathrooms. 27 steps from the villa to to communal pool which is lovely and quiet, was never busy while we were there. Location wise, a short few minutes walk to the promenade, turn right and 15 min stroll to the Marina. Or turn left and 10 min stroll to Las Collerades. Lovely bars and restaurants both ways. We will definitely return to Casa Hannah My only issue was that on the listing of the villa it said air conditioning included in the price. However there was a small i next to this which I hadn’t clicked on, which states air conditioning via coin meter. So air conditioning is not included in the price and 1 euro will last you 1 hour!! And only in the master bedroom. I contacted the agents and they did supply a fan to us the same day, so can’t really complain. Also normally there is a lovely breeze in Lanzarote, which would cool the villa down. But believe me you need air con or fans if there is no breeze.

Highly recommended for Marina Rubicon.

The house is a great size for a family of up to 6 and 1km easy, pedestrianised walk from Marina Rubicon. It has everything you need including a fab washing machine so pack light and save airline baggage charges. It’s further out from sandy tourist beaches and Playa Blanca. That was not a problem for us-this house is well away from nightlife too. Location is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours-some rentals and some owners. The pool is immaculately clean, a great size and was quiet most days. There is a UK brands supermarket but we preferred the HiperDino, only two blocks away. Close enough to carry 6.5l water bottles back. All the booking and arrival arrangements went smoothly. We had a courtesy visit from the agency and could ask any particular questions then. Book your car hire in advance -we were a bit limited in sightseeing because we didn’t and couldn’t get one at short notice but the Superpedestrian Link Scooters are fun and will take you that bit further more quickly. Only the main bedroom has air con but fans are provided and Lanzarote is usually windy so it is possible to cool the house. If booking a bus transfer the nearest hotel is Mirador Papayago - a very short walk. That info would be useful in the rental listing.
