Nice views

Ideal stay for family with 2 teens. Lovely coastal walk to Marina and easy by bus or taxi to Playa Blanca. Supermarkets very close and scenic views from property.

Little cheeky holiday

Great villa great location. Close to supermarket and local bars . Good walk into playa Blanca . Only criticism is lack of side tables for outside by sun beds but perhaps just being fussy . Jodie was very helpful Thanks Overall brilliant.

The villa needs some tlc. Loose sockets in 2nd bedroom. The beds in 2nd bedroom need replacing . There was loose tiles by the pool.had a lovely time in Lanzarote but wouldn't stay in the villa again

Fab Holiday!

We had a really lovely stay at Villa Kathryn and felt right at home throughout. Location was great - walking distance to Marina Rubicon, we drove to main Playa Blanca and having the Supermarket just around the corner was really handy. The house was everything we wanted and easily accommodated our family of 5 for 2 fantastic weeks.

A well presented 3 bed Villa within a 6 minute walk of the coast and a well stocked supermarket. A comfortable 20 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. No shortage of good restaurants near by to suit all tastes. A relaxing week with two teenagers 😊

Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay with our family (8 years and 11 years), the villa is well located although outside Playa Blanca this suited us, it is near a supermarket, there are a few bars and restaurants nearby also. Plus the marina is in 15 minute walkalong the front. There is a bus stop a few minutes away, with buses every 30mins. Villa is lovely with all amenities, garden at side is a bonus as makes outside area much more spacious. Overall a lovely family holiday and would recommend staying in this villa.

Excellent villa with a seaview

Beautiful very well equipped house. The pool is an added bonus. The house is a great location .. close to restaurants and supermarket.. the marina is a 15 min walk away along a very scenic route. The beach is only down the road. Wendy was very helpful and provided lots of information in the house about nearby attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend and will be returning 🤞

Casa Kathryn Villa. Eleven nights, August 2022.

The villa was nicely furnished with three bedrooms. Ample space for our needs, as there were only four of us. The sea was viewable from the property. Outside the swimming pool was clean, and regularly monitored by outside agents. The garden was of good size. Sun beds were provided. The location was near to a shopping center, and you could walk to the sea front within ten minutes. Overall very satisfied, the only down side was the distance to Playa Blanca center at a few miles. But not major difficulty, as there were good transport links by bus or taxi.

een heel mooi en vrij liggend hoekhuis. het zwembad werd iedere week bijgehouden. al het aanwezige linnengoed en bed werd na een week verschoond. prima accommodatie
