11 Oceania is a modern beachside holiday home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac just 400m from beautiful Pippi Beach. This free-standing home features three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built-in-robes, and two bathrooms; with ensuite off the main bedroom.

The large open plan air-conditioned living area opens onto the covered patio courtyard, featuring a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, great for outdoor dining. The modern fully equipped kitchen has internal access to the double garage and laundry. The yard is fully fenced and is suitable for an outdoor dog. Within easy walking distance to the dog friendly Pippi Beach and only a short flat walk into the main shopping precinct, and all of Yamba’s many fabulous cafe’s and restaurants.

Not only do guests have access to this great property, beaches and restaurants. All our guests with Yamba Accommodation have full linen supplied & access to The Beachside Leisure Centre’s pool, tennis courts and BBQ area located at 1 The Boulevard Yamba.

Great location to Pippi beach

We spent the weekend in Yamba to celebrate my 60th Birthday with family. Yamba was a great halfway location between Coffs Harbour and the Gold Coast. It was also great to be able to bring the two family dogs.
