Set over two levels, Arcoola 2 offers discerning visitors stunning ocean views and exceptional convenience in one of Yamba’s most sought-after locations.

This fully self-contained holiday home features a spacious balcony ideal for relaxing and enjoying sweeping views across the ocean. Staying at Arcoola 2 with Holiday Yamba places you right in the heart of town, within easy walking distance of Main Beach, home to the Yamba Surf Lifesavers Club and the famous sea pool. This family-friendly beach is also a favourite with surfers.

Guests at Holiday Yamba’s Arcoola 2 are spoilt for choice with nearby restaurants and cafés offering a variety of cuisines, while a pleasant 500m walk takes you into Yamba’s main shopping area with boutiques, cafés and gift shops.

Offering light and airy living spaces, Arcoola 2 includes three well-appointed bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area located on the second floor. These spaces open out onto a wrap-around balcony where you can soak in the deep blue ocean views. The main bedroom and ensuite are also located on this level.

A Bit Run Down

The property is becoming old and run down and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The place is expensive and the overall presentation is a let down for sure. The location is good as is the view but that didn’t make up for overall feeling. No WiFi either which considering the price is an oversight. Won’t be back.

We were delighted with ARCOOLA 2 As we had no carthe location was excellent proximity on foot to everything we needed and we enjoyed meals at lots of close by restaurants giving us a well earned break from cooking ! The view was gorgeous in this quiet location and the sound of the waves soothing location quiet The beds were super comfy - however some blankets need updating As we were 2 small family groups the split levels gave us some extra privacy & space The neighbours were helpful and friendlyDue to the constant rain -wifi would’ve been an advantage during our stay We highly recommend this place Thanks to the Ray white team for friendly helpful communication and easy check in
