The property and location was spectacular. As a birthday surprise I organised a three night stay for my hubby and his mates to take the boat and enjoy a boys fishing trip for the weekend. I spefically wanted a place that was very clean and modern and catered for a boat, and this place ticked all the boxes and many more. The lads had a fantastic time and couldnt speak highly enough of the house and its position on the canal. The property itself was lovely and provided for everything, including a great selection of kitchen appliances, a extremely spacious and comfortable couch in the media room, boogie boards and a kyak, and enough beds to comfortably accomodate everyone in the group. Hubby especially appreciated his king sized bed and the canal views from his bedroom. The private jetty was a massive hit, allowing the group to easily access the boat for regular fishing jaunts, and a cleaning station on the jetty which let them prep and clean up their catches. The property was also closely located to local shops and a beautiful little beach that had its own pool. Communication with the management was excellent and check in and check out instructions very clear. I highly recommend this property and location to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable get away with family and friends, especially if you own a boat or jet skis. The lads are already planning on returning with their own families, and I think it will become a firm favourite for future fishing get aways.
