Had difficulty finding entrance to hotel from train station upon arrival. We caught a bus from the airport and could see the sign for the hotel on the building . Need to take elevator in train station to 10 th floor to hotel lobby. But there was no signage in train station so we walked around lost .

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient to Shin-Yokohama station and close to bus transportation to Haneda airport. The staff was very helpful by permitting us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and before departure to the airport.

Great Hotel in Tokyo

My husband and I spent a few days in Tokyo before flying home to the US. We loved the convenience of arriving by train and just walking up the stairs to the Hotel. Despite being so close to the station, we didn't hear the trains because the room was soundproofed. It was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo.

Hotel that has everything!

Rooms were small for my party of 3 but who stays in their room all day anyway. Tub could use a shower curtain, I don’t understand the half door thing, floors got soaked. This place was great, lots of food and shopping available and right above the transportation we used daily…. The train.
