Their website is misleading concerning the availability of handicapped wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked my reservation believing what was in the picture was true. However, when I arrived I was informed that the room was out of order! I later found out that the one of two wheelchair accessible rooms was booked for an extended period of time. First off how can you have a property with 4 floors and only two wheelchair accessible rooms with a roll in shower? The room I wound up with was a room for hearing impaired, with a grab bar and nothing more, no shower chair, nothing! I was only staying for two nights, but I was not happy! Additionally they were extremely short staffed, the front desk person was running around like maniac trying to take care of everything. It took us an hour to check in! Needless to say I won’t be returning to that hotel in the future!

Very nice property. Off of a side street, and somewhat difficult to get in and out of the location, due to the way the city has the streets set up. Worth it once you get to it.

The pillows and pillow cases had stains on them. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no creamer or milk for it, just an empty vanilla coffeemate container next to it. When we asked the worker at the front desk, she went to look for more, but came back and said "I guess we didn't get any in our shipment today."

The property was too close to the roadway/highway. Was not able to rest well. The room was nicely appointed. Disruptive occurrence with a fire emergency happening late at night.

This is a wonderful property. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only down sides are things that would be hard to control-some road noise can be heard from nearby Route 30. The access is tricky. Maybe a sign by the street to turn on? I had to go around twice to discover where to turn in. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

Mediocre

No overhang outside to unpack in rain, plastic mattress cover was awful, I took it off. No sofa, no breakfast, no pool, no light off for just kitchen area, no light to read at recliner jammed next to bed. It was comfyn nice area for suitcases, shower & toiletries nice.
