Dear Marriott Delta Hotels Team,
I’m writing to express our disappointment following our recent stay. Several key facilities were not working or as advertised during our visit. The hot tub was out of order, the steam room was cold in the morning, and there was no fridge in our room. None of this was communicated to us beforehand.
We specifically chose your hotel because of the advertised hot tub and steam room, which play an important role in helping my wife manage her arthritis. We also required a fridge to safely store her medication, so this caused additional inconvenience.
We would appreciate a response explaining why these facilities were unavailable and how you intend to address this issue. Given the circumstances, we feel some form of compensation or goodwill gesture would be appropriate.
