I love this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and I loved the architecture. The salmon at the restaurant was amazing and all of the people were so nice. This was really one of my favorite stays and it was a business trip.

The room and hotel was in good condition. The issue is that the bathroom was not as clean as I have seen before. I found a lot of hair in the shower that was not mine. I spent 30 mins cleaning it before I showered in it. Also I did not feel the warmth or customer service in the people. They were very matter of fact and cold. It was very different.

Bed and pillows smell like BO and there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the entry door which blocked me from going into the hotel and I had to walk all the way around the building with my hands full of luggage. When I spoke to the morning staff Jada she seemed like it was normal activity there. Zero security or personnel on property at night.

I ending up staying an additional night that I booked through the Hilton app. On the second night we found bedbugs in the room. We reported it to the hotel management. We had to wash all our clothes at a local laundromat so as not to bring the infestation home.

Parking horrible, there was a homeless person in the lobby which is on the lower floor and no security. In the room the floor was uneven and a trip hazard. Would never stay again.
