We stayed here for 8 days. It was central to many sights and experiences. The place is clean and very amenable to family with three bedrooms, full kitchen and ourdoor amenities. We would recommend it highly.
The property was great and super kid friendly. The kitchen was full stocked and made making meals easy. There was a pack and play for our infant and some small mattresses for our toddler. The backyard was well maintained and the fire pit was lovely.
Beautiful getaway. Everything well-appointed throughout home. Loved well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and relaxing hot tub made for good nightsâ rest. Close to Joshua Tree Park and San Bernadino Mtns. Nice drive to Big Bear Lake.
The entire house was spotless. Everything was in excellent condition and easy to navigate. The hot tub was fine. The lid is in need of replacement but the water was well filtered and mechanically everything in the house was like brand new. I will be back.
This home is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The backyard is perfect for gathering around the fire pit or playing games and jumping into the jacuzzi to star gaze. The interior of home is aesthetically pleasing. The beds were so comfortable and paired with superior quality sheets and pillows. We loved this vacation stay.
We had such a great time at this property on our recent trip. We are a family of 5, two adults and three kids, ages 4,6, and 9. We had more than enough room and the kids really enjoyed the outside space with the games and hammock. The location was perfect, a short drive to Joshua tree national park. The property was very clean and just as expected from the listing! We would definitely recommend you book a stay for a nice enjoyable trip.
The home, hosted by AvantStay, was outstanding. It is new, immaculate, has outstanding amenities and the hosts are incredibly responsive. We had a little glitch with the check-in which AvantStay addressed fairly quickly. Otherwise everything went perfectly. 5 adults fit very comfortably in the house. The location was convenient for our visit to Joshua Tree NP. Local groceries etc were nearby too. Weâll definitely look at other AvantStay properties for future trips, and weâd certainly stay here again. perfect.
We stayed for two nights at this VRBO in Joshua Tree and it was just what we needed. The place was clean and cozy, and had everything we wanted â from a grill to a hot tub. It was super easy to use everything, which was a big plus.
It's also a great spot if you've got kids. Ours felt right at home and had plenty of space to play. The neighborhood was quiet, giving us the peace we were looking for, and it's close enough to Joshua Tree Park for a full day's adventure.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely. It was a straightforward, comfortable stay without any fuss.
Loved the kitchen amenities! We broke 1 coffee cup and left a 5 bill in it on the counter.Suggest putting in the binder how to turn off the lights on the ac/heater units in bedrooms. There is a spa product called Leisure Time, thatâs not so cholorine smelling.
I recently stayed here with my friend of 38 years, and it was a fantastic experience! The house was perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. We enjoyed doing yoga in the spacious living room and slept very comfortably in the master bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the backyard was an absolute highlight. We loved lounging in the hammock and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. The location couldnât be betterâjust at the entry to Joshua Tree National Park, making it super convenient for exploring. And we adored the tiny pony, Harriet, and Papesâthey added such a unique and charming touch to the stay.Overall, this place felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and a perfect location!
Loved that the place was the same way as it looked in the pictures. It was centrally located between the places we wanted to visit which were Pioneer Town and Joshua. The only thing we wish we had was a bit more privacy between the surrounding homes. Chain link fence doesn't cover much. Would we stay here again? Yes we would. Would we recommend it? Yes we would.
We had a great 10 day trip at this location. Our biggest complaint was the seating in the living room, it was horrendous. The rental costs way too much to be sitting on that stale couch and uncomfortable chairs. Thatâs the major gripe, the two minor ones were the very loud dogs behind the house and to the side of the house and the non dimmable super bright lights within the property (and in a neighbors backyard). Overall, we had a nice stay, but would not book again given the comfort of the communal space. Pretty location and nice backyard with amenities!
The house was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. It was crowded with 8 adults, but ample outdoor space was available. The neighborhood was a nice area, convenient to restaurants and stores, and very quiet. There are only two drawbacks that we encountered - it does not have an ice maker-equipped refrigerator so be prepared to purchase ice (not a big deal), but if you do have 8 adults be aware that two of them will be sleeping on the floor on very narrow, thin trifold mattresses. This would be a deal breaker had we realized, but we only added the last two adults at the last minute. Communication was very good with our host but since we encountered no problems we were only inquiring about local parks. The hosts were very prompt and helpful with information.
