Staff were friendly from the person being trained while checking in to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. I was there for only one night. It sounded like the place was booked for the next night and the manager made things work so another guest that was staying for some medical treatment could stay another night. The only negative thing I have to say is they are remodeling or working in some rooms and it would have been nice for the staff to warn the guests the work across the hall would start at 8:00.

The shower had a constant drip. The bathroom floor was always wet. We had to keep putting lots of towels down. Because we almost fell several times.when checking in they were going to charge me an extra $100 for my service dog. Until I told them that illegal. I had to show him that it was illegal and he said they charge everyone with pets. After a while arguing with him. He said the system only charged me the hotel deposit and disregard what he said before. The pool was freezing the hot tub didn't even work. My kids were so sad. I will not stay here again.
