The hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and both of our rooms smelled the same. The rooms were also not clean at all. I tried to get a refund, but it wasn’t available, and nearby hotels were either fully booked or extremely overpriced, so we had no real choice but to stay. I ended up going to the dollar store to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners just to make the rooms bearable. Having to clean a hotel room myself is unacceptable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this stay did not meet that standard.

The staff called my room at 2:30am and woke me up saying I had loud music. Being they woke me up I went outside and the loud music wasn't even in the hotel. I couldn't go back to sleep and they refused to give me a refund. Very disappointed and they ruined my trip

Floor and bedding were dirty and gross. Had to call to get it cleaned, receptionist was rude and inconvenienced. Loud music was playing from 2am-4am, didn't get any sleep. Don't waste your money coming here.
