Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Tolles Ambiente.

Dans l'ensemble, personnel peu aimable et peu attentif aux besoins des clients. Au bar, les serveurs nous ignorent jusqu'à ce que nous en interpellions un qui nous dit d'attendre qu'une table se libère. Finalement, nous en trouvons une, seuls, et commandons. Nos boissons posées à même la table, après un rapide coup d'éponge. Au petit-déjeuner, pas d'accueil et personne pour prendre nos commandes de boissons chaudes. Des œufs brouillés froids. Dans la chambre, porte de douche défectueuse provoquant inondation (réparée par le technicien, mais pas un mot d'excuse de la part de l'hotel). Deux téléphones pour appeler la réception dont un ne fonctionne pas. Bouteille d'eau sortie du mini-bar et posée au-dessus, intacte, nous a été facturée. Établissement pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Séjour très décevant.
