Great location. Super friendly staff. Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spider webs on the walls here and there and it definitely needed a better vacuuming. I don't mean to mislead, it wasn't filthy or anything. Also, no A/C or fans, so that was a little uncomfortable as it was in the mid 80s. And this is a wierd one, but all the doors (bedrooms and bathrooms) are frosted glass. Loxoks very cool but isn't really practical for obvious reasons. They don't block light well nor do they dampen sound. Made it a little difficult to not disturb others if you're an early riser or a night owl.. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing service! Thanks to Magdalena with all the good advices and help with literally everything! She also spoke perfect english, the location is right in the center, the rooms are spacious with good wifi. And the buffet breakfast was adapted to the new health restrictions. Excellent Willa in a great position with wonderful

A very pleasant stay at this Willa. Good size clean rooms with a comfortable bed. A very good breakfast with excellent cold cuts and fresh coffee. Location was fantastic, just a few metres from the centre of Krupowki street. I must make special mention of Camilla the lady on reception, who was so helpful and friendly. Owners, this lady is a credit to your establishment.

Make sure you are down early for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel for our New Year's Eve stay and checked in. The hotel was very dated, with tired decor and seemed a little unloved. The room was large, but was fairly cool considering it was around freezing outside. We were out for the night for New Year and were told breakfast was until 9.30 am in the morning. We went down for breakfast at 9.25 am (it has been a late night) and were told we were too late, I had to argue and point out the time to get a seat. We proceeded to eat and two further couples came down after 9.30 am and sat down with no challenge, maybe our face didn't fit! We have travelled to numerous countries and stayed in several places in Poland before and not been so rudely treated. The hotel was overpriced, even for New Year and staff require some much needed customer service training.
