The Lake and Mountain View holiday flat is the perfect place for your next holiday in Austria. The region around Lake Zell is one of the most popular destinations in Austria in both summer and winter. Our holiday apartment boasts a fantastic view of Lake Zell and the Kitzsteinhorn mountain and is particularly suitable for families with children.



The apartment can accommodate up to six people in three cosily furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two have bunk beds and are, therefore, absolutely ideal for children. The spacious and cosily furnished living area is the ideal place for spending time together. The bathroom with shower has a modern design and the high-quality, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. In the dining area, you’ll also find a sofa and a TV but when the weather is good, it’s certainly tempting to spend the evening on the balcony with a wonderful view of the beautiful surroundings. Pets are permitted and there is free parking directly in front of the house.

Lake Zell is a popular holiday destination for a family holiday in Austria in both winter and summer. In summer, the lake beckons you to enjoy water sports, sunbathing and long walks and in winter it’s not far to the best ski slopes in the region.

Location:

The district of Thumersbach (also known as Zell am See-Ost) is located on the eastern shore of Lake Zell and is considered a particularly sunny part of Zell am See. The Thumersbach lido is one of the three well-known lidos on Lake Zell. Here, you can enjoy the sun for a little while longer! In addition to direct access to the lake, the lido also has a heated pool, a swimming pool for small children, a trampoline and a water ski school.

Lake Zell is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria and a fabulous destination for your holiday in Austria, thanks to the numerous leisure activities on offer for people from all over Europe. Water sports on offer range from sailing and surfing to water skiing and, of course, a relaxing afternoon of sunbathing and swimming is also an option – your holiday, your choice! Enjoy the view of the water and the mountains on a boat trip across Lake Zell or discover one of the three lidos with a variety of activities on offer! In addition to the three swimming pools, there are also free bathing areas and sunbathing lawns around the lake.



There are also fantastic restaurants around the lake and Zell am See’s old town is simply perfect for a stroll, as is the lakeside promenade. If you opt for a winter holiday in Austria, the best ski slopes in the area are within easy reach. A total of over 400 kilometres of pistes are groomed in the Zell am See–Kaprun ski region every winter – not forgetting the numerous opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowboarding!
