Large, beautiful apartment house "Fis", 6 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the district of Untere Matten, 300 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery, café, bicycle rental 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 150 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 300 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 550 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Perfekt
Die Wohnung ist klein (was wir wussten), aber hochwertig möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat vor allem genug Gläser und Geschirr. Die Betten sind von toller Qualität. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, ca. 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, zum Supermarkt und zur Gornergratbahn. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
