Just a 7 minutes walk from the station, near to the shopping street. Hotel is clean and neat. Breakfast is nice. Recommend for staying here.

The hotel does not have a reception area and arrival information was sketchy. We were emailed instructions on how to enter the premises, but had not retrieved the email prior to arrival. This should be better communicated well in advance. The room was comfortable and the location is great. Breakfast was included and is adequate. There was some work being done to the hotel.

Great views and amenities. Staff was wonderful even helped us open our bottle of wine that we needed a cork for. Would highly recommend and would def stay again.

We LOVED the balcony in our room (#4). It's a huge balcony that overlooks 3 different sides of the building plus you can see Matterhorn. The room itself had nice amenities. We did move the balcony table and chairs into our room so that we could use our laptops a little easier. Breakfast was a perfect start to each day. We enjoyed the friendly host that chatted with us and made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying at Le Mazot.

I stayed at a small single room with shared bathroom, early April. Room is basic and fairly small, and breakfast is simple and economical. I found it a bit pricey for the room, but I guess everything is expensive in Zermatt anyway. Staff was very friendly, and as long as you don’t expect anything fancy it should be alright. Thanks :)

Amazing views of the Matterhorn from room number four fabulous balcony. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The hotel is handy for everywhere that you need to be going.

- It was a short walk from the train station - There was a ton of food and shopping options around - Easy access to the gondolas and shuttle bus - The breakfast was good and Elenora was so nice - The rooms were minimal, so having the ski locker was nice - Shared bathroom stayed clean

Einfaches Hotel, freundlich und sauber, teils mit Etagen-Dusche/WC, für Zermatt wohl preisgünstig, bescheidenes Frühstücksbuffet, aber letztlich mit allem, was man braucht. Zentral gelegen, nahe zu Restaurants und Shoppinggassen. Direkt am Fluss, nachts bei offenem Fenster gut hörbar.
