The holiday home, which was newly built in 2009, impresses with its energy efficiency in the Baltic Sea holiday village of Zierow and was presented on the nationwide Architecture Day 2009. The living and usable area of the fully equipped and furnished holiday home is 70 m² and is ideal for families with up to 5 people. The center of the house is the open kitchen. The built-in oven, ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher make self-catering a breeze. Two separate bedrooms of 10 m² each with a double bed and two single beds offers sleeping space for 4 people. In the tastefully furnished living room with flat screen TV, a couch can be created for another person. A travel cot is also available for small children. The house has 2 furnished wooden terraces, a parking space and a bicycle shed.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Zierow Beach. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

Ich muss sagen es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Die gegend ist sehr ruhig und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit.Auch Herr Lange achtet sehr bei außen arbeiten darauf, das die Gäste frühs viel Ruhe haben und ausschlafen können.

Das Haus war ok,aber im Schlafzimmer zu hell da keine rollos vorhanden und eine Strassenlaterne vor dem Haus steht.Da in den anderen Ferienhäuser Arbeiter wohnten war es Morgens ab halb sechs und Abends bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.Der Strand war voller Algen und roch sehr unangenehm . Das Haus heizt sich bei Sonne stark auf so das man die Griffe von Fenster und türe nicht anfassen konnte,,Wir werden nicht mehr dorthin fahren.

Sehr gut

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in Zierow. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand war nicht weit entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert.

modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Es ist ein modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Begrüßung durch die Hausmeisterin war herzlich und ihre Erklärungen waren sehr klar. Ein Nachteil ist, dass keine Mikrowelle zur Verfügung stand; Das stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung, also wussten wir das schon viel früher. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass die Kissen und Matratzen dünn sind. Leider war der Telefonempfang (GSM, 3G) schlecht: KPN (Simyo) lief teilweise einigermaßen gut, aber Vodafone war immer nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück gab es gutes WLAN, so dass wir erreichbar waren. Allerdings können wir das Ferienhaus aber wärmstens empfehlen, da fast alles vorhanden ist und alles sehr sauber war.

Schöne Unterkunft, schöne Gegend

War alles gut und wir waren sehr zufrieden 👍 bis auf den Hund in der Nachbarschaft (auch Urlauber)der uns täglich in den Garten geka.....hat und wir es weg machen mussten da es dem Herrchen egal war.

Sehr schön mit minimalen Abzügen

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut! Auch der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, aber ein paar Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden (Pfannen müssten erneuert werden). Gestört hat mich persönlich sehr der Vorhandene Duschvorhang in der Wanne (finde ich unhygienisch, vielleicht könnte der durch eine Duschwand ersetzt werden welche auf dem Wannenrand montiert wird). Fahrradschuppen ist super und ausreichend groß! Bis auf die genannten Punkte haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für den erholsamen Urlaub!

Entspannung am Meer

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage.Das FH ist schön.Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand war nur ein kurzes Stück entfernt,in der Wohnanlage war es ruhig und das Wetter bestens. Das einzige was wir noch gut gefunden hätten,wäre eine Verdunkelung in den Schlafräumen,da direkt vor den Fenstern eine Straßenlaterne steht. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem rund um zufrieden.

Sehr gemütlich

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Zierow ist sehr gemütlich und nicht überlaufen. Auch das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nah am Strand. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Toller Urlaub

Bestens ausgestattetes Objekt für uns als 5er Familie mit Garten (!), Grill(!), Waschmaschine (!), kurzer Distanz zum Strand und super Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren und frische Brötchen am Morgen. Wir kommen wieder !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und Ort sehr genossen.Im Haus war alles Nötige da und auch sauber.Bis auf den versprochenen DVD-Player.Die Fenster waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Schöner Urlaub mit unfreiwilligem Digital Detox

Schönes, strandnahes, sehr sauberes und hervorragend eingerichtetes Häuschen mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. In der Umgebung von Zierow gibt es vieles zu entdecken Wir hatten im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Woche. Einziges Manko: das Internet (LTE-Router mit anderem Haus geteilt und nicht viel Volumen mit brauchbarer Bandbreite). Uns hat das alles einiges an Rückfragen gekostet, die allerdings immer schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet wurden. Wer wie wir auf Internet angewiesen ist, wird hier nicht wirklich froh.

Ideal, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus nahe Ostsee

Ein sehr schön eingerichtets Ferienhaus, bei dem es an nichts mangelt, mit sehr guter Lage zur Ostsee, die max. 10 Min. zu Fuss entfernt ist. Ruhig gelegen zum entspannen auch im Garten des Hauses. Wunderbar geeignet auch für Kinder, da am Strand ein schöner Spielplatz ist. Restaurants mit gutem Essen in der Nähe. Alle Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden, es mangelte an nichts. Ferienhaus wurde auch top sauber an uns übergeben. Es ist auf alle Fälle immer wieder eine Buchung wert.
