Farmhouse with pool
On the edge of the Hohe Fläming and conveniently located, this enclosed four-sided farm offers space and plenty of room to relax. The farm was built in 1908 and has been renovated in keeping with the times. Comfortable living meets very well-maintained and renovated historical architecture. The main house offers around 140 m2 of living space on the first floor, spread over five and a half rooms, including a glazed conservatory overlooking the cobblestone courtyard and a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen. On the top floor, just under 70 m2 of usable living space is spread over three bright rooms with open timber framing. On the first floor, to the left, there is also a converted living area of almost 70 m2, which can be accessed from the eat-in kitchen and the courtyard. In addition, there are various stable buildings around the courtyard, which used to be used for livestock breeding (horses, cows, pigs, geese, chickens) and as haylofts. Some highlights :
The 24 m2 bathroom (incl. underfloor heating) with free-standing bathtub and large slate-colored floor tiles, as well as a shower and a heated cabin.
The 27 m2 eat-in kitchen equipped with Miele brand appliances.
The living room with free-standing wood-burning stove, which provides cozy warmth in cooler temperatures.
There is a changing unit and a crib, a TrippTrapp high chair and toys for children of different ages (LEGO Star Wars;).
The attic, whose usable living space is currently equipped as a TV and games room, with a table football table and a dartboard as well as a treadmill, also has partial underfloor heating.
The outdoor area is particularly attractive. In the paved inner courtyard you can relax in absolute peace and quiet. At the rear of the garden, facing south-north, there is an impressive, high-quality pool (14x4 meters) with paved surround, internal steps, a landscaped entry area with shower and an adjacent covered seating area. The pool is not heated. Here you can enjoy a refreshing dip at any time of day in absolute peace and quiet.
