The property has so much potential, it’s a shame that they maintain the minimum standards on cleanliness and atmosphere. Our room obviously hadn’t been stayed in for awhile and was not cleaned up beforehand. They’re were spiderwebs and spiders everywhere inside and the balcony was basically a spider pit. The sink was clogged and had weird stuff floating out of the drain. The shower floor was so stained that I didn’t want to even bathe. The toilet paper holder was hanging on for dear life. Every corner, baseboard, counter was dirty. And the prison fluorescent lightbulbs are every traveler’s dream when it comes time to relax. The only redeemer and the reason it got beyond one star is the location and view are amazing. But again the hotel does nothing to maximize this jewel of a location.

The majority of the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The location is amazing. The food was excellent. Though I think the bathroom floors need updating. Other than that, I really like this hotel. I have stayed here twice.

There were tons of cobwebs with bugs stuck in them everywhere. The grounds were very unkept. There were weeds everywhere. There was mold growing on the wall in my room.

Rooms are very outdated, our air conditioner leaked all over balcony and made a hudge puddle couldn’t even go out on the balcony, there were so many cobwebs everywhere and spiders. Like no one has touched it for a very long time. Had to ask for new towels, rooms weren’t cleaned in the 3 days there.. the bar & restaurant had good food, and of course the location & views are Amazing. But for the price, it’s definitely not worth the $$. And the pool was under construction, should have been informed of that.. not worth the $$ Entire hotel, inside, outside needs a huge overhaul..

Terrible hotel, great staff

Mold in rooms and ac/heater units, bugs all over balcony, every floor in the entire hotel needs a deep clean. Staff is extremely nice but the hotel is gross which is a real shame bc the location is unbeatable.
