The approximately 53 square metre holiday apartment is located in the basement of the owner's house on a fully fenced plot of around 1400 square metres. It is about 500 metres to the shops, a restaurant is about 2 km away and the Baltic Sea beach is about 7 km away.The holiday apartment has a separate entrance, can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV and radio and a small kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances and dining area. The apartment also has a bedroom with double and single bed and a bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Smoking is only permitted outside and is also available: W-LAN, seating area in the garden with barbecue, bicycle storage room, car park.Included in the total price are: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.



Zirchow is a small village in the Achterland of the island of Usedom near the border to Poland. Zirchow is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon with many bathing and water sports facilities. The seaside resort of Heringsdorf (approx. 10 km) or the seaside resort of Ahlbeck (approx. 7 km) are only a few kilometres away. In Zirchow there is a small shop for daily necessities and fresh bread rolls. Heringsdorf airport is also only approx. 3 km away. A restaurant is about 2 km away. The Baltic Sea beach is about 7 km away (Ahlbeck seaside resort).
