Poseduje svoje ograđeno dvorište od 10 ari, a samim tim i parking. Ova drvena planinska kuća od 43 m2 izgrađena od prirodnog materijala raspolaže sa 3 prostorije i jednim kupatilom. U prizemlju se nalazi jedna trpezarija i jedna dnevna soba sa kompletno opremljenom kuhinjom i ugaonom garniturom na rasklapanje, dok se na spratu nalaze dva sing kreveta i jedan bračni krevet. Televizija je sa zemaljskim digitalnim kanalima, kao i besplatan bežični internet. U kući je zabranjeno pušenje, organizacija proslava, zabava… Namenjena je isključivo za miran odmor u prirodi.
