Comfortable villa, 200 m2 full feet with a wooden terrace of 200 m2 integrating a private pool (heated) 11 x 5 meters, a SPA for 6 people. Sea and mountain view on a plot of 400 meters from the beach.



Housing



Luxury villa of 200 m², with sea & mountain view, can accommodate 12 people (more on request). The villa is on a wooded plot of 2500 m². It is surrounded by a wooden terrace with a 5 x 11 heated pool and a 6-seater SPA.



5 bedrooms including 3 with double beds, 4 bathrooms. All rooms are (website hidden) in the living room and in 4 bedrooms. Large wooden terrace of 200 m² with a swimming pool of 5 x 11 meters. Since this year, at your disposal 1 SPA 6 seats of 2.2 x 2.2 meters. View of the sea (olmuccio beach) and the mountain (fabulous sunset on the needles of bavella)



Possibility to rent in addition the apartment adjacent to the villa (it cannot be rented separately) to accommodate 2 to 3 additional people



45 minutes from Figari airport, 1h45 from Bastia airport

The owner does not impose reservations from Saturday to Saturday, this avoids the hustle and bustle in airsea transport during weekends. This measure is not only appreciable in times of Covid, but also financially advantageous because transport rates are more attractive on weekdays than on weekends.



After the All Saints' Day holidays and before the Easter holidays, the pool is in service but it is not heated. The jacuzzi remains functional all year round with a water temperature set to 38°c.
