We loved our stay at Hotel Belvoir. I went with my husband and our little toddler. When we arrived at our room, everything was prepared for us including the crib that I had requested at the time of booking. In the crib was a cute little green slippers, blanket, pillow and a Lindt chocolate. I thought "how thoughtful are they in the little details!" We felt very welcomed. We arrived at the closes train station then walked up to the hotel with our luggages (we didn't know any better at the time and did not research about if they had shuttles or not) but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Our little one loved the playground at the site and we loved the staff in the restaurant. They were super nice and offered crayons and coloring books to our little one to keep her busy. The amenities were great too! they have a jacuzzi, sauna, infrared, salt room that they offer for relaxing. My husband and I took turns to enjoy these amenities. Overall it was an excellent stay, quiet away from the main city but easily accessible nonetheless.

Nice quiet hotel away from hustle and bustle of downtown Zurich yet just a ten minute drive to downtown. The rooms with the lake view are worth it.

Overall, the property location was good. Good views. Staff was attentive. However, there were a few things which let it down. Firstly, it was not as clean as I would have hoped, the grouts were really dirty, the hot tub had stains and wouldn’t drain, the shower door was not fully closing and so water would leak out, the plugs to put our chargers in were the opposite way and our plugs simply wouldn’t fit, even with our adapter, breakfast options were very limited. Apologies for all the nitpicking but it is these elements which are key and makes a difference in a persons stay.

The restaurant had great food and the hotel was nice the only problem was they did not have air conditioning so the room was hot their solution was a fan the front desk person brought us helped but didn’t make the room as comfortable as having air conditioning.

Amazing views and hotel. However they need to do a better job in the desk and chairs of the rooms; it is impossible to eat there if you order room service, if you want to work on your computer its imposible to sit as well. The desk is just so thin and bad and the thing they put instead of a "chair" is horrible and uncomfortable is like a thin working bench.

Beautiful hotel, NO Air Conditioning.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing views and quiet location. On site fitness and spa facilities are very good. Restaurant is exceptional. Unfortunately, the lack of AC and poor quality (firm foam) mattresses led to two nights of poor sleep. This might not be important for some, but it was for me.
