Das Einchecken war schlecht. Hatte keinen Schlüssel in der Box und Reserveschlüssel funktionierte mit Code auch nicht. Chat half uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben. Im Zimmer war bei einer Nachttischlampe kein Licht. Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Lässt einwenig Vorstellungen offen.

Schlecht.. konnte nicht einchecken... Link funktionierte nicht... musste ein anderes Hotel suchen und nun sind mir auf meinem Konto CHF 140.00 abgebucht worden! Sehr schlecht...

Gute Lage am Bahnhof. Mit dem Auto schwierig Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden leider nur 2 Stunden möglich. In der Nacht gratis. Gute Matratzen, alles sauber. Angenehme, nette und Zielführende Onlinehilfe sehr Hilfsbereit

Check in hatte per E-Mail nicht geklappt. Zu warm im Zimmer, keine gute Isolation. Fenster im Bad defekt.

Also ich kann das Zimmer mit Seeblick sehr empfehlen, allerdings ist es sehr unrein und ueberall liegen Haare herum und sieht schmutzig aus.
