Malibu Beach Inn
Nice ocean view room. Third flood. Staff was nice, but they need more people here. That may be everywhere though. Valets were great and the food was good in the restaurant. The ocean makes the place. Right on the beach great waves. We will come back.

Villa Graziadio at Pepperdine University
Rooms clean, great views on balcony. Only have queen beds and no microwave. Small rooms but closeness to our student made it worthwhile.
