Room was clean. Mattress was a bit on the soft side but I'm sure that most people would find it very comfortable. Had a small issue with the TV, reported it to staff to let maintenance fix it for next guest.

The pillows were horrid!!! There were 4 pillows on the bed and they were all 12 x 12 inches and extremely hard. I am not sure why you would expect people use these for sleep?!?! Carpet was sticky and disgusting. Bed sheets and pillow cases dirty. Shower was outdated and disgusting. Water was terrible. Door was uneven so there was huge gaps. We only stayed for a few hours and just left.
