We dont have electricity for the one night stay there because of bad weather. The staff didn't communicate really well with us on what to do. They just handed the key card and went to our room totally dark.

Had no power and is refusing to give me a refund because I could not stay there with my daughter that was scared. She was petrified the lady at the front when you came in so the doors do not lock due to the power being out.

The hotel was old. The lighting in the hotel was poor. We requested a wake up call. They did not call us. Need to be updated.
