This hotel is fam own and they are trying their best to get it back on, weekend was very busy, and front staff did her best to keep it toguether,

Suburban Studios Fairborn - Dayton
Room was fairly clean, other than corners in bathroom. The hallway was not in very good shape, or clean. The wi-fi was also incredibly slow (3mb/s). Parking was easy. Not bad overall for the price, you get what you pay for.
