"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfreich, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Personal im Restaurant ( Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen) war professionell und sehr freundlich.
In der Poolbar ( auch Essen erhältlich ) war das Personal nicht sehr aufmerksam. Manchmal schienen sie desinteressiert. Im Umgang dann aber freundlich.
Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann viele Erfahrungsberichte zur schlechten Qualität nicht teilen und bin von der Spitzenleistung überzeugt.
Die Lage im Regenwald ist schön, wobei man dies nicht mit dem Dschungel verwechseln darf. Dennoch sieht man hier zwischen dem Grün viele schöne Vögel (Kolibris usw.).
Die Unterkünfte sind sauber und bequem. Entsprechend der Lage im Regenwald sind diese gepflegt.
Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute Auswahl des Frühstücks und Abendessens im Restaurant. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Mucho Gusto!
Transportoptionen können sehr einfach arrangiert werden.
Ich kann einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen."
