New round house (2014) in a beautiful orchard and flower garden, 10 minutes from the beach. Large lockable veranda, solar power. 2 lockable bedrooms, open kitchen, dining area, very very large living room. The house has a water connection from the community and can be drunk safely. The water pressure is not sufficient for showering. With water from the drawing well you can take a good scoop shower.
