Clean, comfortable & friendly.

The room was compact but very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is a help yourself continental breakfast which included boiled eggs if required. There is no option for a cooked breakfast. The location is ideal for the airport and P&J live conference centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money

This is a nice bed and breakfast in a good location. Easy parking outside and short walk for bus or train services. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and the host was very welcoming.

The bed in room 5 was extremely uncomfortable with burst springs and I found it impossible to sleep on it. This was a total let down given the rest of the property was clean and well presented.
