Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
The suite itself was lovely & clean and provided all our needs.The only complains were the lower floors & elevator lobbies were not nice and dirty but that’s probably not the responsibility of Grampain.The other problem was the fact that the listing stated it had a lift but the lift only went to the 2nd floor & our unit was on the 4th floor. Not good for seniors.
