The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, front desk staff was not in any kind of uniform or name tag or anything and seemed to come in from outside to check me in. Halls smelled of weed. There was urine in the toilet with the seat up and a pubic hair on it. Trash left not thrown away from previous guest on the desk. Only plus is the price and the location was in a decent part of town.
