The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows:
The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters.
Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister. The roaches can be seen crawling on the floor.
No black out blinds: the window blinds are transparent. The only time light does not shine through are between 8pm and 5AM.
Noise level: the hotel staff have no respect or duty of care for its customers. There is a constant streaming loud music from the lobby and a different genre of music from outdoor seating area. This is the case until 3AM.
Dishonesty: the rooms are marketed fraudulently (no balcony). They lied about fixing the window blinds. They lied about restoration of running water when the taps went dry.
Arrogant and lazy staff: The quality of staff is appalling. The following were striking in their incompetence tardiness: Tracy, Jessica, Jacky and their manager- Maxwell Boateng. The manager and Tracy in particular, were the worst villains. They are lazy (lack initiative in providing a bucket of water when the there was no running water), very poor communication.
In short, all self respecting individuals should stay away from this hotel for health (coackroaches and dirty fridge and room) and safety reasons.
