Comfortable but in need of a refurb

This property is well located (near shops) and a comfortable walk from the seafront. The house is just a bit tired and would benefit from a good refurbishment. The kitchen is just adequate and there are missing utensils. The aircon (bedrooms only) is not very reliable and in need of service. Overall a good enough stay but not value for money.
