The nearest shopping centre is called "X-Sur" and is about 1,5 km away, offering besides a big supermarket and also some shops and restaurants. The tourist centre of Fañabé, Playa de las Américas or Playa del Duque with its numerous fine sandy beaches are only 10 minutes away.



It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of persons not belonging to the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
