The location was fantastic with close access to shops, resteraunts, parks etc. Room was very roomy, spotless, comfortable furniture, 2 tv's, etc. Resteraunt was very relaxing, great breakfast and dinner, staff were very courteous (loved the French accents). Would stay again - absolute pleasure to be there.

The hot water on day 1 was going on and off fluctuating between hot and cold whilst in the shower. Didn’t mention it but didn’t happen on day 2. Also door didn’t close when leaving had to pull shut which I didn’t realise and door was open most of day 1.

Amazing bed!

Amazing mattress in my newly refurbished room. The pillows were also great. The staff at checkout couldn’t tell me the brand/name of either but I’d love to know thank you. Quiet rooms given soundproofing measures. Very well located and I loved be so close to everything.

Great location for food, bars, market, transport, and zoo (and gardens, gallery, museum!). But the hotel has a French restaurant/coffee bar in house Maison Clement! Delicious everything and great bar.
