Over a week stay and servicing was missed half the stay, had to keep seeing office staff for basic amenities. Issues with door lock multiple times. Someone trying to get into vehicles and rooms, police called.
Easy check in and comfortable.
Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. There was a sign on the bathroom door reinforcing this and a possible fine of $800.
Waiting in the cold bathroom in the early morning for ten minutes to step into the shower was uncomfortable.
The problem should be fixed by the hotel management and the paying guests should not have to worry about this problem. Other than this rather large annoyance I had no complaints.
It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests.
We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills.
We had the executive suite out the back of the property. Unfortunately it was very noisy with the main road traffic and commings and goings of guests all hours.
The hot water system seems to be all linked therefor the shower temperature was either cold or scoulding hot.
The room however was lovely and clean bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
