I really love the location of this property. The front of house staff are ALWAYS so helpful and so friendly as well. It is a great clean and tidy hotel to stay at a great price. However, the family rooms are in dire need of redoing, bathrooms.especially. Cracks and chunks out of the walls that have just been painted over without being properly filled/prepped. Dated facilities. I have stayed at this property on four ocassions, and will definitely stay again, but will request a room on the reception side and not the other rooms, as these roo.s are the dated and rough rooms.

Disappointing

Reception did not inform us of breakfast or lack of breakfast, tv remote did not work, no wi-fi on rooms, no information compendium in room, it took longer to wait for the shower to run hot than it took to have a shower! Only thing in its favour is the location, which is why we chose it.

Room need updating: It was dirty. Curtains are filthy and falling down, curtains didn’t close properly and room faced the road. Tiles have been placed over carpet near door way which is a trip hazard. Wall paneling was coming away from wall. When you turn shower on each time the pipes bang and water temperature is hard to regulate. It certainly wasn’t worth $216 a night.

Very dated and not particularly clean

Room was badly in need of an upgrade. Basic maintenance not performed as in holes on walls and doors, missing fittings, stained curtains and carpets. Bathroom looks like it hasn’t been upgraded since the 1970s and needs a really good scrub!

The room was not like the advertised photos! Dirty and very run down! We ended up driving the 3 hrs home as my daughter was too afraid to stay there.

The balcony view of the marina was lovely the sheets were clean, other than that the property was run down, grubby , lacking in any of the usual equipment provided in a motel. No crockery cutlery bare minimum of anthing supplied including receptionist Just waiting until it can be knocked down and a high rise can be put on site in my opinion. Quite sad because with a bit of service equipment and TLC it coulf be a great spot.

I don’t know where to start. Massive mould issue in the bathroom.. I then got moved to another room because of this and the bathroom still had mould and was filthy.. so many health and safety issues at this model with really dirty rooms, dirty aircon, laundry was absolutely shocking.. you cannot get wifi in your room it does work. The pool is dirty and also unsafe with missing tiles and glue sticking out my son even scraped his knee.. absolute waste of money and not a care for the people that stay. No email reply’s no apologies.. threw my money in the bin here!

Room was not clean, needed repairs and maintenance desperately. Bathroom mouldy, tiles missing or falling off and paint peeling. No microwave, toaster, plates or cutley.
