Great location near the river, zoo, universities and botanic gardens. Easy walk to downtown shopping in one direction and notth Adelaide "restaurant row" in the other. Exec "perk" was $25 toward food and drink, which paid for part of my breakfast one day. The restaurant has a great view of the athletic field.

Pretty much everything was very good, only disappointment was that the website indicated a pool was available but we weren't aware that it was not within the hotel. Being warm weather and just wanting to chill out probably would have picked a different hotel with a pool on-site.

Good option in CBD

Overall it is a good hotel. However in my opinion is only a good option only if you don't have a car. Parking at the Oval Stadium could be a challenge as leaving the car at the Valet Parking then requesting staff to bring the car could take time, so no room for emergencies to leavy within minutes. Breakfast was included in my reservation, but it was quite average getting 2 scrambled eggs that looked like porridge, very watery. Also, no gym on site, they have an agreement with the gym outside the building (6 min walk) if you want to exercise.
