Everything outstanding. A bit of heaven. So relaxing, a great preparation for a flight or way to relax from a flight. Beautiful grounds with lawns, trees, and seemingly endless spa pools, relaxation areas, etc. Like no other airport hotel you've ever experienced. Staff very nice, restaurant food excellent. Impeccably tasteful decor. Upgraded us to a suite. I want to come here every time I visit Rome.

A great place to stay close to the airport if you have an early morning flight the next day. Beautiful SPA facilities although quite busy on weekends. Very nice and relaxing stay

Beautiful hotel and spa/wellness centre. The grounds are beautiful. The wellness centre/spa is amazing. Our room was nice, but had ants all over the bathroom and there were hairs all over the sheets and pillow cases, but the sheets did seem fresh. Very close to airport, so very convienant for a one night stay. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

it’s a beautiful property, but all the hot saunas are lukewarm the hot tubs lukewarm hard to even break a sweat to be honest very disappointing in that manner. The food is excellent staff. Excellent the rooms are cold and they are not allowed to turn the heat on supposedly because of law don’t know if that’s true or not, but we had to get extra blankets big disappointment was it’s supposed to be a spa but the sun couldn’t have been over 99° and they had several of them they could’ve kicked a few of them up

What an incredible place to stay. It was like walking into oasis after two weeks of traveling through Italy. It was just what I needed before heading home. There were some poor communication when I asked for two beds and got a room with one bed and I wasn’t told ahead of time that I had to order my taxi 24 hours ahead of time. Two little inconveniences, but it was fine.

We loved that the property was so close to the airport, making our early morning departure super convenient. Incredibly easy to organize the trip, it was very nice and relaxing. Spa was amazing, everything you’d want from a Roman Bathhouse type of experience. The room was great, climate functions easy to operate, the room was clean and everything laid out with what you need for the resort. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist, bags brought to the room for us, the hotel staff would also hold our room card at the front desk so we didn’t have to carry them to the spa which was helpful. That being said however, it was a bit inconvenient at first (after being told that the spa lockers were only for spa visitors and not hotel members, that hotel members could use their room as a locker for their items) which we didn’t mind leaving our stuff and walking too and back from the room, the only downside our only possession was a room key. Thankfully the front desk offered to hold it there for us until we finished, to which they did lose at one point but they gave us another card right away no questions. With that I can say the all around organization of the spa or staff per say seem a little uncoordinated. (When we returned for the room card we were greeted by another staff who seemed to have no idea about any room card being left and gave us a weird kind of facial expression) The times for certain reservations also don’t particularly make sense.
