SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE:
La résidence sécurisée " LES PEAUX ROUGES" est située dans le quartier du Môle. Les commerces; magasin d'alimentation, boulangerie, restaurants, laverie, plat à emporter et cave à vins, coiffeur sont situés à 40 m.
La plage de sable du Môle est accessible à 100 m par l'allée piétonne.
Arrêt de bus à 200 mètres. Centre International de tennis du Cap d'Agde et salon nautique du Cap d'Agde accessibles en moins de 5 minutes en voiture.



IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 490 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 90 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
